Our Governance
Strong governance underpins how St Paul’s Garda Credit Union approaches sustainability. Oversight is provided by the Board of Directors, supported by management structures responsible for implementation across the organisation.
Sustainability is increasingly being considered in operational and strategic decision-making, including areas such as energy use, investment, and long-term planning. While not yet fully embedded across all policies, it is being integrated progressively as policies are reviewed in line with existing governance cycles.
Sustainability is also considered alongside financial and operational factors, including identifying where climate-related risks and opportunities may affect the organisation from a business continuity, operational, or community perspective.
We are committed to transparent reporting on our sustainability performance. Our Sustainability Snapshot establishes a baseline, and future reporting will track progress over time in line with our annual reporting cycle.
